Curriculum
Students need to reach Level B1 (12 sub-levels) of a second language, according to the Common European Framework, to graduate.

He has competencies in leadership, communication and strategic talent management, promoting motivation, productivity and strengthening the organizational culture, contributing to the sustainable growth and success of companies in a dynamic work environment.
The graduate of Technology in Human Talent Management at Salazar y Herrera will be a technologist with comprehensive training, supported by the principles of Christian humanism, prepared to manage human talent processes with ethical sensitivity, labor regulations and organizational vision.
He/she will be able to apply administrative models, methods and tools to promote the performance and wellbeing of collaborators; guarantee legal and regulatory compliance in the workplace; and contribute to organizational sustainability through responsible practices.
In addition, he/she will have analytical, communicative and strategic skills that will allow him/her to solve organizational problems, propose improvements, and contribute to the quality of work life and institutional efficiency.
Those who graduate as Human Talent Management Technologist will be able to work in organizations of different sizes as human talent coordinator, analyst or assistant, dealing with processes such as recruitment and selection, hiring, payroll and benefits, benefits administration, welfare, training and development of human capital.
He/she will also be qualified to design and update job structures, manage performance evaluation processes, support occupational health and safety, and propose improvements in organizational policies and practices. Likewise, he/she will be able to work in human resources consultancies or in enterprises focused on human talent management services.
