The Organizational Communication professional manages internal and external communication strategies, public relations and corporate branding.
She has skills in leadership, writing, creativity and strategic planning, which allows her to strengthen the organization's image, improve interaction with internal and external audiences and support change management, reputation and sustainable development of companies.
The Salazar y Herrera graduate in Organizational Communication will be a professional capable of designing, implementing and managing effective corporate communication strategies, both internal and external, aimed at strengthening human talent, institutional identity and organizational reputation.
Will possess competencies in image and corporate identity construction, design of communication channels, production of written, oral and visual messages, and the ability to align communication with the strategic objectives of the organization. They will be trained to intervene in organizational cultural change processes, manage digital and traditional communication, and promote social responsibility practices from an ethical and strategic perspective.
A professional with a degree in Organizational Communication will be able to work as:
Manager or director of communications and corporate relations.
Leader of internal (endomarketing, organizational culture), external (image, brand, reputation) and intermediate communication projects.
Designer of communication plans, institutional campaigns, branding strategies and corporate identity.
Public relations officer, corporate event organizer, internal/external media manager, auditor or evaluator of communication processes.
Consultant or advisor in communication, corporate image, reputation management, organizational culture or corporate social responsibility.

- Communication Management and Auditing: Developing skills for the future DIRCOM (Director of Communications) to provide tools to the organization to achieve the objectives stated through its strategic business direction, in addition to implementing audits to the internal, intermediate and external media of the organization, to identify the state of communication: its successes, errors, strengths, weaknesses, among others; and apply corrective actions through improvement actions.
