The specialist in Organizational Culture and Climate at Salazar y Herrera, based on their comprehensive training in the areas of being, knowing and doing, strengthens their knowledge and consolidates their skills and abilities to:
- Directing the processes from the human capital in the organizational culture and climate.
- Manage integral administrative processes of the organization, specifically from the direction and leadership.
- To lead projects in the area of human talent from the culture and organizational climate.
- Knowledge management at the organizational level focused on organizational culture and climate processes.
The Organizational Culture and Climate Specialist can work in the following positions:
- Human Resources Manager
- Organizational Culture and Climate Consultant
- Organizational Culture and Climate Advisor
The current organization, from its complexities given by globalization, internationalization, ICT, needs not only competent professionals in their knowledge, but also ethical in their actions, therefore it is essential to provide a comprehensive training that, in the case of IUSH students, is framed in the principles of its Integral Pedagogical Model. This Model defines a few particular guidelines for teaching practices in the School of Management, in which the Specialization Program in Organizational Culture and Climate is written, and which are oriented to the achievement of:
- Articulation with the local, regional and international levels.
- Ongoing dialogue with the business sector to promote the generation of knowledge.
- The definition of the organizational issues as the object of study
- The organization assumed as a teaching-learning space.
- The organization as the place to measure the impact of knowledge
- The definition of human capital as a pillar of the organization
- The students of the Specialization in Organizational Culture and Climate as a research project, present a scholarly and creative publication dedicated to reflection.
