The graduate of Business Intelligence Engineering at Salazar y Herrera will be a professional trained to design and implement business intelligence solutions based on data, using advanced methodologies and technologies for the analysis, management and transformation of information into useful knowledge.
Will have the ability to build data models, process multidimensional information and generate predictions, trends and patterns that support strategic decision making in organizations. Will be trained with ethical and axiological criteria, with a vision oriented to quality, innovation and sustainability, integrating scientific, technological and social knowledge to contribute to business development.
The Business Intelligence professional will be able to work in public or private companies as a data analyst, Business Intelligence engineer, information management consultant, data model developer, Big Data or data science project manager, and advisor in strategic decision making.
You will also be able to work in areas of relational marketing, market analysis, information visualization projects and information systems management. In addition, you will be qualified to undertake your own technological solutions or consulting in business intelligence, helping organizations to optimize processes, extract value from their data and improve their competitiveness.
